I have been painting on tea towels like crazy lately, and loving it. Some Mid Century inspired planters and plants and girls in winter sweaters don my Etsy shop today in a new Textiles category. Have a look, and enjoy!

NEW! Montana state tree print (11x14) in my shop, complete with pines, a glacier and a bear gazing into a lake. You can get it here. Enjoy!

I have posted nine new wax paintings in my Etsy shop. Square Springtime gems that look and smell good (ah, beeswax!)

Enjoy!

What a week! I was paired with animator/illustrator Emily Dekovich for an event called The Burst here in Portland, where one illustrator and one animator were paired up (randomly) and had one week to create a 15-30 second film. Emiyl and I had not met or worked together before, but we soon realized we were a great match for this project, both being Midwesterners, and meeting at our local bar to storyboard our ideas.

The showing was held last night, and Emily and I won 2nd Place, each winning brand new Wacom Intuos Pro tablets! We will put them to great use. Thanks AEPDX for a great time!! Let’s do this again!

Something new… It is a season of change around these parts. Not many know I have a degree in printmaking, and I have finally acquired a 30” Conrad etching press (thanks to my friends at 3 Fish Studios in San Francisco, CA). Starting in April, this gal will be pulling prints under the name of Pine Fort Press. Stay tuned!

I made 12’ cover art for a show in TOKYO, JAPAN, for the sweet Japanese band CLAMMBON, via Hellion Gallery. More details here.

I love making logos. Cheese clients are the best clients!
